24-Month Comprehensive Warranty
1. Overview
We want you to sleep soundly—literally and figuratively. Every bed frame we sell is backed by a single, no-nonsense 24-month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date you purchase it.
2. Duration & Territory
– Length of cover: 24 calendar months (730 days) from the date shown on your receipt.
– Territory: Valid in the country where the frame was originally bought.
– Original purchaser: Cover applies only to the first retail purchaser and is not automatically transferable if the bed frame is resold or gifted.
3. What the Warranty Covers
– Structural components – side rails, headboard posts, footboard, centre support.
– Metal fixings & hardware – bolts, brackets, centre support legs.
– Factory-installed finishes – paint, stain, or powder-coat that peels or blisters due to manufacturing fault.
– Moving parts (for adjustable models) – hinges and gas lifts that fail through normal residential use.
– Labour & replacement parts – we will supply equivalent parts and pay reasonable labour costs if repair is needed during the first 12 months; from months 13–24 we still provide all parts free of charge, and you pay only any labour or call-out fees.
4. What the Warranty Excludes
– Normal cosmetic wear (minor scratches, nicks, natural colour changes).
– Damage caused by incorrect assembly, unsupported mattress sizes, commercial use, humidity, accidents, abuse, moving house without proper disassembly.
– Mattresses, bedding, electrical components, or accessories unless expressly stated.
– Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
5. Conditions for Warranty Validity
– Proof of purchase must be provided.
– Frame must be assembled & used as per instructions.
– Frame must be indoors in a dry, climate-controlled environment.
– All bolts checked & re-tightened after 30 days and every 6 months thereafter.
6. How to Make a Claim
– Photograph the issue (wide + close-ups)

– Photos (max 10 MB)
– Short description of fault & troubleshooting attempted
– Response: within 2 business days
– Resolution: Free parts shipped, on-site repair, or full frame replacement as needed
7. Shipping & Returns
– Replacement parts sent via tracked courier at no cost.
– Prepaid return label if defective part must be returned.
– Frames approved for replacement must be disassembled and packaged by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
8. Availability of Parts After Warranty
– Spare parts kept for at least five years after model discontinuation, available at cost plus postage.
