Terms & Conditions

When placing an order with Paradise Sleep you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all products and services provided by Paradise Sleep through our website or telesales. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

 

1. General

1.1 Each order placed becomes contractually binding once your order confirmation has been received. Paradise Sleep reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

1.2 When contacting us about your order, please quote your order confirmation number along with the delivery surname and postcode.

1.3 Paradise Sleep reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time due to legal requirements, payment methods, delivery policies or operational changes.

1.4 All items are supplied with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.

1.5 Many products arrive flat packed and require assembly. We recommend not arranging any third-party assembly services until you have received and checked all parts of your order.

1.6 Please do not dispose of existing furniture until the new goods have been delivered. Paradise Sleep cannot be held responsible for delivery issues beyond our control.

1.7 Certain mattresses such as memory foam mattresses may arrive vacuum packed and rolled.

 

2. Cancellation

2.1 If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact Paradise Sleep at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

2.2 Refunds for cancelled orders where goods have not yet been dispatched may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account.

2.3 If the order has already been dispatched and delivery is cancelled, delivery charges may apply starting from £29.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Customers have a 14-day return period from the day goods are received, subject to the following conditions.

3.1.1 Items must be returned in their original packaging including all parts.

3.1.2 Items that have been assembled cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

3.2 If an item is defective or incorrect, we may request clear images before arranging a return or replacement.

3.3 Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced once sufficient evidence has been provided.

3.4 If an item is returned for personal reasons and is not faulty, a collection fee may apply.

 

4. Delivery

4.1 Paradise Sleep works with trusted delivery partners to deliver items safely.

4.2 Some items may be made to order and can take 5–10 working days for delivery.

4.3 Delivery dates provided are estimates and may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

4.4 Free delivery is available to Mainland UK including England, Scotland and Wales unless otherwise specified.

 

5.Manufacturer’s Warranty

5.1 All products come with a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects.

5.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, incorrect assembly or third-party repairs.

 

6. Data Protection

Paradise Sleep complies with all UK data protection laws including GDPR. Your personal data will be handled securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete your order.

 

7. Liability

Paradise Sleep shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability in any case will not exceed the value of the order placed.
